  • Press the Power button and “Volume Up Button” simultaneously one more.
  • Hold down both buttons until the coloured lettering appears on the screen.
  • To scroll to the “Wipe Data/ Factory Reset Option,” use the volume up and down buttons simultaneously.
  • To confirm, press the Power Button.
  • To “Yes- Delete All User Data,” scroll down using the volume button one more. Select “Reboot System Now” before restarting your phone, then press the Power button to confirm.
  • Hold off till the procedure is over. Likewise, avoid interruptions while processing.
